Blog 14: Dear Santa

Dear Santa

I have been a really good boy this year so I should get lots and lots of presents. I only stole from the cookie jar once. Noah said you are not real but he’s just silly. Tell your reindeer to poop on his roof to show him you are real. Now to get down to business. I would like a very pretty unicorn but I want a real one this year not a poopy fake one. I would also like a magical rainbow ferry special edition. Well while you are at it I would also like Chinese Democracy the new Guns and Roses CD. Maybe you could listen to it in your magical slay while you are flying it over to my house. I will bake you extra special cookies all by myself this year. I forget do you like peanut butter flavored cookies? This year I am also going to make some extra special cool aide for you because you must get really tired of milk. I think you should give Noah lots coal and spaghetti noodles this year because he has been very naughty and he also does not believe in you. I think you should get Jeremiah a unicorn too so we can be unicorn buddies without Noah. Oh and I want my unicorn to be able to fly like your reindeer. I also want it to be like a ferocious lion so it can protect me from meanies and so we can go hunt kangaroos together. Talk to you later.

Love,

Jacob

Blog 13: Wow, That Was One Big Turkey

Blog 13: Wow, That Was One Big Turkey

I had a pretty good Thanksgiving this year. The first one I went to was with my dad, step mom, and her family. There was a quadrillion people there but there was also tons of food. We stayed there all Thanksgiving day. We also did lots of other fun stuff with our step cousins Curt, Corey, and Nicholas. We played lots of video games (mostly Halo), played ping pong, had pillow wars, played extreme bingo, and did lots of other fun things. They had all the food imaginable like two types of turkey ( two big pots full of it), a huge pot of ham, mashed potatoes, cheesy potatoes, green been casserole, and that’s just the beginning of what was there. Oh yes and of coarse desert which was pumpkin pie, Reese’s cookies, and some other pie I didn’t know what it was. All the food was really yummy and delicious. We had lots of fun there. We were going to spend the night but I changed my mind on the account we would have to get up at like four to go shopping. Then that Saturday we had Thanksgiving at my grandma’s with my moms side of the family. We had a lot more people there than usual too. There was Grandma, Grandpa, Aunt Anita, Uncle David, Emma, Grant, Mom, Joel, Kevin, Jenna, Jessica and her boyfriend, Justine and her boyfriend, Christine and lastly me. We had all kinds of good food there too and played ping pong and watched mythbusters. I had a really good Thanksgiving.
